  • what PI of yours is collected from you through the Application, the Products and/or Services;

INFORMATION COLLECTION:

We collect two types of information from you when you use our Application, Products, and Services. We collect PI and Non-PI which we describe below.

NON-PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION:

Duelit gathers certain broad, Non-PI about use of the Application, our Products and our Services, including, by way of example and without limitation, the number of unique visitors to the Application, the frequency with which you visit the Application and/or access the Products and Services, your public Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, your browser type, the referring or exit pages and URL’s related to traffic to our Application, the landing pages visited on our Application, and the pages viewed on our Application. Duelit looks at the data regarding use of the Application, Products and Services in summary form, rather than on an individual basis. We may also combine your information with other information in a way that it is no longer associated with you and share that aggregated information. Duelit gathers this Non-PI data so it can learn, for example, which pages of the Application or functionality of the applicable Product or Service are the most and least viewed by visitors and which third-party websites are referring visitors to the Application, Product or Service, as applicable. The Non-PI data helps Duelit determine the extent to which visitors use certain parts of the Application, Products, and Services. In connection with these activities, Duelit may use the following standard technologies to collect information:

LOG INFORMATION:

When you login to use our Products and Services, we automatically collect and store certain information in our server logs. This type of information includes details of how you used our Products or Services, IP address information described below, data and time, domain type, device event information such as crashes, system activity, hardware, settings, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and referral URL.

COOKIES:

A cookie is a small, removable data file that is stored by your web browser on your device. Duelit uses cookies to, among other things, identify your device during a particular visit to the Application or access to a Product or Service and analyzes your behavior during a particular visit. Most web browsers provide you with the ability to accept or decline cookies, as well as to be warned each time a cookie is being sent. If you choose to decline cookies, however, you may not be able to take advantage of all aspects of the Application, Product, or Service, as applicable. You can learn more about cookies on the Application by reviewing our Cookie Policy.

PIXEL TAGS:

Pixel tags, also known as beacons or clear GIFs, help Duelit better manage content on the Application by informing it of what content is effective. Pixel tags are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, pixel tags are embedded invisibly on web pages.

IP ADDRESSES:

Duelit collects and analyzes traffic on the Application by keeping track of the IP addresses of its visitors. An IP address is the unique numeric identifier assigned to each browser accessing the Internet. An IP address, by itself, cannot identify you personally. However, when combined with other information provided by your Internet service provider, your IP address can be used to identify the device originating a message.

PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION:

Certain areas of the Application and functionality of Products and Services allow you to provide PI to Duelit. The PI that Duelit collects may include your name, phone number, e-mail address, Application username and password, date of log-in, social security number, and any other financial information (such as your income, assets, or debts) and other personal information provided by  you in connection with your use of the Application, Products, or Services.

HOW TO REQUEST DATA DELETION:

If you wish Duelit to delete the data it has on you, please email “[email protected]” any time and your data will be deleted in a week.
