This error might happen because:

  1. Your email got deleted from TestFlight by mistake.
  2. TestFlight has a problem with the particular email you provided.

To solve this issue, we might ask you for a different email address, to provide you with access to the Duelit app. The email you give us, doesn’t need to be the same email you use for your apple account. It can be any email address you have access to.
